Secure Your Items
Carefully repackage your ceramics using the original protective padding and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
